These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Inara Academy for Training FZCO (“Inara”, “we”, “our”) learning management system (“Platform”). 1. About Inara

Inara is a UAE-registered company that works with an ecosystem of training providers (“Partners”). Partners may provide accredited training programs and certifications, which are delivered through the Platform.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

  • Anyone may create an account on the Platform.
  • Accounts are primarily personal but may also be created as part of a bespoke service for teams.
  • You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and must not share your account.

3. Training Content & Access

  • Training content is owned either by Inara or by our Partners, depending on the course.
  • Access is limited to within the Platform. You may not download, redistribute, or share materials outside the Platform.
  • Unauthorized copying, resale, or distribution of content is strictly prohibited.

4. Payments & Fees

  • Payments are processed securely via our trusted third-party provider Telr, using bank card payments at the point of enrollment.
  • All fees must be paid in full at the time of enrollment.
  • Refunds are not available once a purchase has been made.

5. Certifications & Outcomes

  • All courses are accredited by the respective Partner providing them.
  • Successful completion of a course may result in a certificate of completion or accreditation (depending on the course).
  • Inara does not guarantee employment, promotions, or any specific outcomes as a result of completing a course.

6. Acceptable Use

  • Engage in plagiarism, harassment, or disruptive behavior.
  • Attempt to hack, damage, or interfere with the Platform.
  • Misuse or share any course content without authorization.

7. Payments and Services

  • Visa, Mastercards are accepted in USD, GBP, EURO, and AED
  • Trading or services will not be provided to OFAC-sanctioned countries.
  • Cardholders must retain copies of transaction records and adhere to merchant policies and rules.
  • Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their accounts.

  • The displayed price and currency at the checkout page, will be the same price and currency printed on the Transaction Receipt and the amount charged to the card will be shown in card currency.
  • Once the payment is made, the confirmation notice will be sent to the client via email within 24 hours of receipt.

9. Refund & Cancellation Policy

  1. LMS (Online) Courses
    All purchases of LMS-based or online self-paced courses are final and non-refundable. Once access to the course has been granted, no refunds, credits, or transfers will be issued under any circumstances.
  2. In-Person Courses & Masterclasses
    • Cancellation by Participant:
      • Cancellations made 14 days (2 weeks) or more before the scheduled course date are eligible for a full refund.
      • Cancellations made within 14 days of the course start date are not eligible for a refund.
      • Non-attendance on the day of the course will be treated as a late cancellation, and no refund will be provided.
    • Rescheduling
      Requests to reschedule may be accommodated only if submitted at least 14 days prior to the course date and subject to availability.
  3. Cancellation by the Provider
    In the unlikely event that the provider cancels or reschedules a course, participants will be offered:
    • A full refund, or
    • A transfer to a new course date at no additional cost.
  4. General Terms
    • All refund requests must be submitted in writing.
    • Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
    • Policies apply to all in-person courses unless otherwise stated in writing.

9. Data & Privacy

  • Inara collects and uses user data (such as course progress and activity) to improve the Platform and user experience.
  • By using the Platform, you consent to this data collection and use.
  • Personal data will not be shared with unauthorized third parties.

10. Suspension & Termination

  • Inara reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.
  • Upon termination, you may lose access to your account and associated course materials.
  • Certificates issued prior to termination will remain valid unless otherwise revoked by the accrediting Partner.

11. Liability & Disclaimers

  • Inara and its Partners make no guarantees regarding uninterrupted access to the Platform.
  • Inara is not responsible for any indirect losses, including job outcomes, career advancement, or business opportunities.
  • Training content is provided “as is,” subject to the accuracy and accreditation of our Partners.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC).

13. Changes to Terms

Inara may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on the Platform, and continued use of the Platform means you accept the updated Terms.
