How do I enroll in a course?
Go to the course page, choose your plan, and complete checkout. If you already have an account, sign in first so your access is added right away.
What are your payment and refund policies?
You can pay by the options shown at checkout. Refund eligibility depends on the course and purchase type, so contact us with your order email and we will confirm your options.
I can’t access my course or I forgot my password. What should I do?
Use the “Forgot password” link on the sign-in page to reset your password. If you still can’t get in, contact us with the email you used to enroll and any error message you see.
Where do I find my course materials and certificates?
After you sign in, open your dashboard to access your courses, lessons, and downloads. Certificates appear in the course area after you complete the required lessons and any final quiz or assignment.
